1. Self-attested photocopy of Birth Certificate which has names of both parents mentioned on it.

2. Self-attested proof of residence (Ration Card/Voter I-Card/Electricity or Water Bill/Tenant's Deed/ Adhara Card/Passport etc.)

3. Two passport size photographs of the student/applicant

4. Self-attested Adhara card photocopy of the student and applicant 

5. Self-attested mark sheet/report card of the last 1 year from the last school if attended. (For LKG & LKG)

6. Affidavit of guardianship to be submitted if student lives with a local guardian.

7. Original transfer certificate from the last school attended, (For LKG & UKG)
